Ingredients
- 180mL (3/4c) heavy cream
- 65g baking chocolate, finely chopped
- 5g dutch-process cacao
- 2 tbsp syrup (eg. maple o corn)
Instructions
- Bring heavy cream to a simmer over medium heat
- Place chocolate and cacao in a bowl and pour the simmering cream over it
- Let sit for several 2-3 minutes
- Whisk together
- Stir in syrup
- Let sit for several minutes so it can thicken
