Ingredients
- 2 cans of chickpeas
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- One of the spice mixes below, or remix
Spice mix 1
- 1 tsp za’atar
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1 tsp harissa
Spice mix 2
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp granulated onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Drain and dry chickpeas
- Toss chickpeas with oil and salt until well coated 4 Spread evenly on a baking tray
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes
- Immediately after removing from oven, toss with spice mix
