Spice Roasted Cauliflower and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp gochugaru (ground korean red pepper)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6 garlic cloves, smashed and coarsely chopped
- 250g green beans, trimmed and cut in half
- (optional) cilantro for serving

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 425F
- Combine the olive oil, tomato paste, vinegar, honey, and spices together in a small bowl
- In a large bowl, mix together the cauliflower, onion, and garlic cloves then toss with the spice paste
- Spread evenly on a baking tray and bake for 18 minutes
- Remove from oven and toss together with green beans
- Continue baking for another 12 minutes
- (Optional) Before serving, sprinkle on cilantro
