Makes enough to fit in a 250mL container
- 4 tbsp sichuan peppercorns
- ~12 star anise
- 2 tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground clove
Toast the peppercorns in a heavy pan, until aromatic. Grind peppercorns, star anise, and fennel, and the mix all together.
