Makes 12-15 biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400F
- Sift dry ingredients together
- Cut butter into mixture until it’s the size of small peas
- Combine eggs and milk, then stir into flour mixture
- Roll dough out until 1/2" thick, fold into thirds and roll again. Repeat 5 times
- Cut into 2" rounds
- Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes
